SHIPPING & RETURNS
Casze Brand - READY TO WEAR ITEMS
Priority Shipping -
Orders ship priority mail, which can take 2- 3 days to arrive depending on the postal service in your area. Processing time ranges 1-3 days additional after the order is placed.
Shipping Rate - $8.00
Express Shipping -
At checkout we also have the option for express shipping which can take 1-2 days to arrive depending on the postal service in your area. Processing time is 1-2 days after the order is placed.
Shipping Rate - $36.00
International shipping -
Priority Mail International ranges 8-10 business days after the order is processed. Processing time ranges 1-3 business days after the order is placed.
Please note only select Ready to wear items will indicate in the describe if they are in house ready to wear which is sewn in house which ranges 5-7 days for production and 2-3 days for shipping . If this is not indicated in the description it follows the processing times in the above section.
   
Shipping Rates - Priced by the distance and weight . Price starts $28.50.
Refunds and Exchanges -
We do not offer refunds unless the item is out of stock or damaged on our end . If the item is damaged we need photo evidence before shipping it back. We do offer store credit for any exchanges and allow you to ship the item back (In its original condition) and notify us for the item/items you want in place of it so the price or shipping rates can be adjusted accordingly.
You can print your shipping label for your return or exchange via (website).
Casze Swim -
All crystal swimsuits are made to order. Please allow 1-3 weeks for production of all Crystal Swimsuits . Shipping time ranges an additional 2-3 days . All swimsuits are shipped Priority Mail express via USPS unless Express shipping is selected at checkout which ranges 1-2 days.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON SWIMWEAR.
Casze Couture / Custom Items -
Custom items range 4-8 weeks depending on the exact design.
All custom items are shipped via Fed Ex . We ship using the 2 day priority shipping or overnight express shipping.
   
 All custom item shipping is arrange via the customer service number after your item is complete with production .
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM ITEMS.
We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Our office, warehouse, and couriers will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day.
Any orders placed on these days, or AFTER cut-off on the day before, will be PROCESSED the following business day.
Please allow additional days for delivery during this high volume season to avoid disappointment.
We will continue to ensure your order gets to you as soon as possible.
Delays Due to Covid-19 and Shipping Carriers -
CASZE is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or the other shipping carriers we work with, especially during high volume HOLIDAY SEASONS ( Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day. )
Furthermore, items purchased with estimated shipping dates/ pre orders, Casze Couture, and Casze Swim are subject to varying shipping times per the item description and Custom Item, Swimwear and Pre-Order Policy.

Tracking My Order -
Standard shipping on domestic items is 3-8 days from order date. This includes our 1-3 business days for processing plus
2-3 business days for delivery.
DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.
All orders IN STOCK leave our facility in 1-2 business days (this is determined by volume) Once it has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via E-mail automatically.
To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
If your tracking number does not work visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number.
   
 Missing Your Order?
1. File Claim with USPS
2. Contact us to let us know you haven't received your item yet.
3. If item was Caszé Couture priced $750+ and was shipped out but post office tracking stopped updating, please file an online police report this way we can have USPS held liable for refunding you.
4. Wait for USPS investigation results.
CASZE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
CUSTOMER(S) ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A
CONFIRMATION NUMBER IS ISSUED.
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES CANNOT BE UPDATED ONCE TRACKING HAS BEEN ASSIGNED.
RETURN TO SENDER
If this occurs, when it arrives we will reach out to have you reconfirm the address to get it back out to you.
We would be glad to resend an order back to customers but unfortunately customers will have to cover the re shipping charges of $10.
ORDERS SENT BACK AS "UNCLAIMED", "UNABLE TO FORWARD" OR AS "RETURN TO SENDER" ARE SUBJECT TO A $10 RE SHIPPING FEE.
You will receive a PayPal invoice for RE shipping. Once it is paid, we will reship the item.
